so far abt 10 ppl (Yingxuan, Suxin, Shereen, Zongyi, Wanxin, Jasmine, Yongseng, Harmit, Natalie, Prashanti) hav replied to me regarding cls gathering n here's an update:

-most free on weekends
-activity+food (3)
-food (1)
-open hse (1)
-no preference (5)

looking at results so far, it will be activity+food. i was also wondering if u guys will be free on the nat'l day weekend(8th-sat, 9th-sun, 10th-mon).if ure free, its possible that we can hav the gathering on the 8th or 9th. unless ure gg to watch the parade or alr hav other plans.so let me noe once again.
if u noe someone who hasnt replied, pls remind them.thnx :)

hi everyone

yup this blog is really dead. i guess i'm 75% responsible for it since i was the naggy one who posted an entry almost every other week. anw, i caught suxin's play last night and over supper later, i was told that at least one person reads my entries! that's not too bad, so that explains why i'm back here today.

firstly, i enjoyed the play! great job, suxin. although i needed your little tutorial at the end, but it really made all the difference. thanks for including geography in it. nice :)

secondly, i almost became a calefare last night. i was late and was allowed in when they were transiting to the second short play. it was pitch dark and being old & thus blind, i almost walked onto the set! had to spend the duration of the second play trying to blend in with the pillar at the side (& luckily it was a short play). even then, suxin spotted me when she walked off the set and good thing she maintained her composure instead of mistaking me for a ghost or something? :) 

later, mr tan, who had also spotted my embarrassing attempt to play hide and seek, said i should have just calmly walked onto the set and pretended i was a shopper. haha. 

anw, it's less than a month to the start of another chapter in your lives. toilet paper because during my time, that's what it was called....i'm not sure about the origin/meaning behind it, maybe it meant everyone needed it, or that it was important, or that it's worthless but you still need it....

so as haemal says, it would be good to meet up before you all get super busy again, and w jalene going to another continent. therefore, pls reply to his email! and keep me posted. i'll try to make it, if i don't get killed by PW first.

Hey guys. I think it's time for another class gathering soon.Has to be soon cos ppl mite not be as free once uni n NS n everything else starts proper. So I was thinking of holding one before October becos tts when Jalene has to go overseas. I duno who else gg overseas so I need uall to tell me the dates.

anw,since i duno how free u guys will be, our cls gathering can be any of the 3:-

1. Open House style (someone donate their house...like last time)
2. Activity+Food (eg. ice-skating then go lunch/dinner)
3. Just Food (just meet up for lunch/dinner)

Hello hello! :) Has been more than awhile since i blogged here.
Because i'm the ever so responsile AHEM pee double-you rep, i feel obliged to complete the last assignment The Other Ms Huang has, uh, assigned.

I'm not a fan of mushy gushy iloveyous, but i've to say that i'm pretty darn glad that i am a part of 3607 because without this lot, i wouldn't have gotten though jc.
(insert fairies dancing around with hearts)

I'm sure we all have to agreed that this is a very special class, & despite our many shortcomings, it's lovable all the same. And COUGHSSS much better than many others, HEH :B

So.. Well, no matter what crappy (or not) results we get tmr, i hope we all live with, & accept them, & move on. And grow to love them! :)
And rmb that even if we leave jc with a pathetic (or not) cert, there's more to life than academics, so look on the brrright side of life, savvy?


And Ms.Huang thankyou for not cheating on us hahahaha. Thankyou for all the patience you had with us, the effort you put in for us; Tolerating our crap x100, and you've surely changed everyone of us here in one way or another, smoothening out our rough edges.

Special apology on behalf of my amigos (without permission, but what the heck) We've been nightmares most of the time, & some of the worst kinds of students a teacher can ever have. It is not in any way personal or intentional, the trouble we stir up. It just comes naturally lol..

So thankfully we will be students for not much longer hahaha. But really, we're sorry for our senseless behaviors, & the headaches it caused you. (Maybe we're secretly responsible for your toenail turning black, not your shoes)
I can only hope that your future students will be nothing like us :D

And for the record you're one of the bestest (yes bestest IS a word i insist) teachers i've ever met, & one of the few that i do not actually.. dislike.

Oh and the fact that i'm the second one "submitting" this assignment, it's a pretty good change, no? :)

greetings from another teacher... a relief teacher haha!

hello i guess im gonna be the only one blogging here for the last time right?

okie for those of you who don't know, im actually relief teaching back at my secondary school. :)

so how has life been since we finished our A's?

oh well life has been good.

i got to procrastinate all i want
catch up on exercise that i missed during the whole studying period
catch up with the good ole friends whom, once again missed during the studying period
got to eat lots and lots of good food
got to go on lots of outing
got to learn a lot of new things
went back to yoga classes
had fun teaching some of my classes. dun ask me whether its my calling cos i reali dont know ;)
learning driving. awesoome fun. LOL.
earn $$$$ and splurge happily
shopping shopping and more shopping!

yup. ive basically enjoyed these past 3 months of freedom. but my job is something which i rather enjoy so im thankful that i went for the relief teaching job. i just get this sense of satisfaction whenever i finish a class. of cos there were ups and downs and student management is reali one tough thing to do. so kudos to ms huang who had to endure all our yakking durin class >.<

i celebrated both life, and death right around my 19th birthday. it is something thats probably gonna be etched in my mind for awhile. but jaclyn left us fond memories of her really and yes, it may still be painful for some of us, but at least we know, she's probably in a better place now :)

ANYWAY. erm results. hahah GOOD LUCK PEOPLE. realise the taking of the results is the final end to all that you have to JC?

we can really bid farewell to the two years that we have put in

our blood, sweat and tears, literally.haha

cryptic title for this entry is maroon 5's album name. i'm not exactly sure what it means really, but if anyone would care to enlighten me, i'll be all ears :)

just thought of it because i was thinking about next fri, when results are supposedly going to be released.

most of you would be worried. please know it's perfectly normal. i was a bundle of nerves myself back then when i was awaiting the release of my results.

well, also remember it can't change a fact now so quit worrying yourselves sick!

it also seems that some of you are secretly worried about disappointing me.

let me say here that i'll be happy if you're happy with your results. maybe you think i have unrealistic expectations no thanks to my 'ra-ra' background, but the truth is i have tempered my expectations somewhat and my only wish is that each and every one of you get into a university course of your choice.

that's all i ask for. really.

but, in life, not everything goes according to the way you want it, and i've walked this earth long enough (yes yes i'm over the hill by now) to accept that.

when life throws you a curveball, it upsets your plans, throws everything into disarray, you cry, there's some guilt, some regret..but that's not the end of the story is it?

you just got to pick yourself up, find yourself a new storyline and make the best of it. if given lemons, make lemonade! :)

i do hope though, you realise by now, or later, why i was pushing you guys so hard - it wasn't about getting the As. i just didn't want any of you to regret anything next friday..because i know that's a v horrible feeling.

so go on out, live your life the way you know you should yeah?

the other thing i want to say is, i've met all my new classes. i've also come to the conclusion that it was a good thing they did not give me a PD class. somehow i feel like i'm cheating on you guys if i start loving my new class! :) i came pretty close to 'falling in love' with this particular class, but as destiny would have it, i'm not even their geog tutor. bah.

so be happy, you're still my favourite class :)

the last thing is, always remember we ARE 20 people who were together for two years. someone we love very much might have left us a little too soon... but we will always keep her with us in our hearts.

i was driving home one day last week feeling so so so tired when i saw the beautiful rainbow. it was a complete one, not those half past six broken ones.



always remember to find joy in the littlest things in life!
